Delhi is the capital of modern India, the world's largest democracy, where the old and the new mingle. Made up of seven ancient cities, Delhi has seen the rise and fall of many emperors who have left stunning monuments. Today's city tour starts with Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi, where a black marble platform and a perpetually burning ‘eternal flame' marks the spot, where the great leader was cremated in 1948. Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque with a courtyard large enough to fit 25,000 worshippers will be sure to impress, as will a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk—the colorful market of the old city. Tour New Delhi built by the British in the 1920s and visit two monuments of Delhi's past—Humayuns Tomb and Qutub Minar—both of which have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Drive along the impressive ceremonial avenue of Rajpath, punctuated by Mughal-style gardens, fountains and shallow pools, past the imposing India Gate and Parliament House, culminating with a visit to a local temple.
Day 4 • Delhi / Jaipur B, D
After breakfast, drive to the "Pink City" of Jaipur, known as one of the world's best planned cities built in accordance with Vastu Shastra (the Indian alternative to Chinese Feng Shui).
Day 5 • Jaipur B, L
Morning tour of the Amber Fort, a marvelous example of Rajput architecture, decorated in intricate ivory, mirror and glasswork overlooking the scenic Maota Lake. As you move between the rooms of this magnificent structure, feel the history and visualize the pomp and grandeur of a kingdom never conquered. Visit the City Palace Museum, where you can observe a remarkable blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art, including a collection of royal princess robes, finely detailed carpets, an armory of old weapons and miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battles and processions. Conclude your tour of Jaipur with the impressive Jantar Mantar, considered the largest stone observatory in the world.
Day 6 • Jaipur / Ranthambore B, L, D
After breakfast drive to Ranthambore. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. After lunch, proceed for a Jungle Safari. The Ranthambore National Park was once the hunting ground of Maharaja of Jaipur. With the addition of neighboring Keladevi and Mansingh sanctuaries, the total area of the national park stands at 1,334 sq. km. However, the entire park is not open to the public —the core area is just 392 sq. km. The Ranthambore Park is set between the Aravalli and Vindhya ranges. Its deciduous forests were once a part of the magnificent jungles of Central India. The terrain is rugged and there are rocky ridges, hills and open valleys with lakes and pools. Ranthambore Park is famous for tigers. Due to conservation efforts, the tiger population has stabilized, if not increased here. The tigers can be spotted quite often, even during the day, at their normal pursuits—hunting and taking care of their young ones. Ranthambore is one of the best places to see these majestic predators. Ranthambore is a heritage site due to the picturesque ruins that dot the wildlife park. There are lake palaces, 'chhatris', old fortifications and a majestic 1,000-year-old fort, overlooking the park. The lovely Jogi Mahal is located at the foot of the fort and gives a magnificent view of the Padam Tlao, painted white with water lilies.
Day 7 • Ranthambore B, L, D
Early this morning and in the afternoon, enjoy further visits to the Ranthambore National Park by an open-roof vehicle.
Day 8 • Ranthambore / Bharatpur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra B, D
Early this morning, you will be transferred to the railway station to board a train for Bharatpur. Upon arrival at Bharatpur’s station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Agra, en route, visiting Fatehpur Sikri—the deserted, red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar as his capital, now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This evening, perhaps, join an optional sunset visit to the Taj Mahal (at extra cost).
Day 9 • Agra B, D
After breakfast, visit the magnificent monument to love, the Taj Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan, the UNESCO World Heritage Site is a memorial to his favorite wife, Arjumand Bano Begum, better known as Mumtaz Mahal. The monument is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, combining elements of Persian, Ottoman, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. Later, visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is more like a palatial walled city than a fort. The afternoon is at your leisure.
Note: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.
Day 10 • Agra / Jhansi / Khajuraho B, D
Today, transfer to the train station to board the Shatabdi Express Train bound for Jhansi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative for a drive to Khajuraho. En route, visit Orchha Temple built in the 16th and 17th centuries and well known for its spectacular view of soaring temple spires and cenotaphs. Afterwards, transfer to your hotel.
Day 11 • Khajuraho B, D
Today, visit the famed Khajuraho Temples with their well-preserved sculptures and carvings.
Day 12 • Khajuraho / Varanasi B, D
Today, transfer to the airport for your flight to Varanasi. Situated on the holy banks of River Ganges, Varanasi is the religious center of Hinduism in India. Upon arrival, meet with our representative for a transfer to your hotel. Later, visit Ghats to witness evening Aarti. Aarti is a Sanskrit word which stands for homage or devotion. The Aarti, or offering of the lamps, is observed at prescribed hours of the day and night to invoke the gods. It is believed that the gods physically present themselves before devotees at this ceremony. The lamps are revolved before the idols in a clockwise manner along with the chanting of hymns. This recitation is accompanied by drums, blowing of the conch-shell and tolling of the temple bells. At the end of the ‘Aarti’, the priest takes a handful of water, which he revolves around the god's idol. This is to pacify `Agni' (the Fire God).
Day 13 • Varanasi B, D
Enjoy a picturesque sunrise boat excursion on the Ganges followed by a brief city tour and breakfast at the hotel. Later, visit Sarnath, the birthplace of Buddhism, and the Sarnath Museum housing the famous Lion Capital of Asoka, as well as an impressive collection of sculptures and artifacts of Buddhist origin.
Day 14 • Varanasi / Delhi B
The morning is at leisure. Later this afternoon, transfer to the airport to board your flight bound for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, catch your connecting flight home (departure after midnight).
Day 15 • Depart Delhi
Your flight en route to your hometown.
Please note that through April 2018, the front-facing side of the Taj Mahal will be under restoration with partial scaffolding obstructing the view. Despite the ongoing work, the interior of the Taj remains accessible as usual. Taj Mahal is identical on all four sides, which we hope will minimize the inconvenience.

TRIP CANCELLATION/TRIP INTERRUPTION: Benefits will be paid up to the Maximum Benefit Amount purchased to cover You for the Published Penalties and unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for Travel Arrangements as well as airfare cancellation charges for flights commencing within one week of the Covered Trip when You are prevented from taking or completing Your Covered Trip due to:
1. Your or a Family Member’s or a Traveling Companion’s or a Business Partner’s death, which occurs before departure on Your Trip;
2. Your or a Family Member’s or a Traveling Companion’s or a Business Partner’s covered Sickness or Injury, which: a) occurs before departure on
Your Trip, b) requires Medical Treatment at the time of cancellation resulting in medically imposed restrictions, as certified by a Legally Qualified

Benefits are not payable for any loss due to, arising or resulting from: suicide, attempted suicide or any intentionally self-inflicted injury of You, a Traveling
Companion, Family Member or Business Partner booked to travel with You, while sane or insane; an act of declared or undeclared war; participating in maneuvers
or training exercises of an armed service, except while participating in weekend or summer training for the reserve forces of the United States, including the National
Guard; riding or driving in races, or speed or endurance competitions or events; mountaineering (engaging in the sport of scaling mountains generally requiring the
use of picks, ropes, or other special equipment); participating as a member of a team in an organized sporting competition or participating as a professional in a
stunt, athletic or sporting event or competition; participating in bodily contact sports, skydiving or parachuting, hang gliding, or bungee cord jumping. piloting or
learning to pilot or acting as a member of the crew of any aircraft; being Intoxicated as defined herein, or under the influence of any controlled substance unless as
administered or prescribed by a Legally Qualified Physician; the commission of or attempt to commit a felony or being engaged in an illegal occupation; normal
childbirth or pregnancy (except Complications of Pregnancy) or voluntarily induced abortion; dental treatment (except as coverage is otherwise specifically provided
herein); amounts which exceed the Maximum Benefit Amount for each coverage as shown in the Schedule of Benefits; due to a Pre-Existing Condition, as defined
in the Certificate. The Pre-Existing Condition Limitation does not apply to the Emergency Medical Evacuation or Return of Remains coverage; medical treatment
during or arising from a Trip undertaken for the purpose or intent of securing medical treatment; a mental or nervous condition, unless hospitalized for that condition
while the Certificate is in effect for You; due to loss or damage (including death or injury) and any associated cost or expense resulting directly from the discharge,
explosion or use of any device, weapon or material employing or involving.
Excess Insurance Limitation: The Insurance provided by this policy shall be in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity
except Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Common Carrier (Air Only), or as required by state law. If at
the time of the occurrence of any Loss there is other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity in place, the Company shall be liable only for the
excess of the amount of Loss, over the amount of such other insurance or indemnity, and applicable deductible.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels are based on double
occupancy. Single supplement is indicated in the price box of each itinerary.
Triple rooms are on request and subject to availability. Hotels are subject to
change. Cruise accommodations are based on double occupancy of twin-bedded
stateroom with private balcony. Triple occupancy in cabins is only available in
Deluxe, Executive, or Shangri-La suites. All Yangtze River cruise ships are
People's Republic of China registry. Tour accommodations are subject to
availability at time of booking.
MEALS: Meals are
included, as specified in the itineraries.
Due to occasional flight delays, weather conditions or other
unforeseen situations, it may not be possible to include some sightseeing tours
as scheduled. Cultural and acrobatic shows and other performances may not be
available during holidays and seasonal recess in China. If it becomes necessary
to change the means of transportation or any other service, or for the tour to
be prolonged through circumstances beyond the control of the ground operator,
any additional tour cost must be borne by the passenger and is payable
immediately. Due to weather, varying water levels on the Yangtze River,
restrictions of the navigation authorities, or maintenance at the Three Gorges
Dam, Yangtze River cruise routes and shore excursions are subject to possible

ESCORTED TOURS: Please note that for all tours,
PDT reserves the right to alter arrangements to better accommodate a small
group, or to cancel the tour. If you are traveling alone, a tour can only
operate at a supplemental charge based on a solo traveler rate. Participants on
locally guided tours will be transferred between airports/piers and hotels in
each city, but will not be accompanied on flights between cities. When travel
between cities is by motor coach, a guide will travel with the group. Unless
specified, initial arrival and final departure transfers are included only when
you purchase transpacific air from PDT. Call us for transfer costs for
land--only arrivals and departures.
GOLD EXPERIENCE tours:
A group size of 10 or more participants will be escorted from arrival
in China by a professional, bilingual Tour Director throughout mainland China
and locally guided in Hong Kong. With fewer than 10 passengers, the tour will
be locally guided throughout, and we reserve the right to alter arrangements to
best accommodate a smaller group, or to cancel the tour.
SILVER EXPERIENCE tours: A group of 15 or more
participants will be escorted by a professional, bilingual Tour Director
throughout mainland China and locally guided outside of mainland China, when
applicable. With fewer than 15 participants, the tour will be locally guided
throughout, and we reserve the right to alter arrangements to best accommodate
a smaller group, or to cancel the tour.

GRATUITIES: Customary tipping of local
guides and drivers in each city on land is entirely discretionary. Please note
that our Tour Directors are totally committed to exceed your expectations in
every way possible. End-of-the-journey gratuities are left once again to your
discretion, based on your satisfaction with the services you have received.
Suggested amounts for the above-mentioned individuals will be stated in your
final documentation. A service charge, which includes gratuities for the entire
ship crew aboard Victoria Cruises on the Yangtze River, will be charged
automatically to your credit card upon embarkation. Please be advised this
amount does not include tipping to the shore excursion local guides, drivers,
boatmen, and river guides on Victoria Cruises. Tipping for these individuals is
voluntary and subject to your satisfaction with your travel experiences.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passengers traveling to China:
U.S. passports with six-month validity AFTER the date of return are required
for all tour participants. Passports must have four (4) blank visa pages,
excluding the non-visa pages. Upon request, PDT will secure the visa for entry
into the People's Republic of China (not required for Hong Kong, if you are a
U.S. citizen) for a nominal PDT processing fee, in addition to any applicable
government visa application charges. It is the responsibility of all non-U.S.
citizens to check visa and health requirements with appropriate consulates (ask
your travel agent for assistance), and to have the correct documentation
prepared for travel outside of the U.S. See below for more details.
HEALTH: In general, tours are quite active and
require a good deal of walking, frequently including stairs. Tibet requires
travel into areas of high altitude and with extreme temperature fluctuation. We
strongly recommend that you discuss any health concerns with your personal
physician. Additional Assistance: In order to ensure a smooth operation of the
tour for all group members, any traveler requiring special assistance must be
accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for providing all such assistance.
PDT is under no obligation whatsoever to provide any special assistance. You
are required to notify PDT, in writing, prior to the time of booking of any
physical disability or medical condition, which may require any special
assistance during the tour. Please note that for those physically challenged,
access to some facilities may not be available at the same standard as in the
U.S. PDT's tour directors and their designees reserve the right to exclude
passengers from participating in tours if, in their sole discretion, they
believe that the tour may be challenging to the passenger or could detract from
the full enjoyment of the other tour participants. Currently, vaccinations are
not required. As health requirements change without notice, please check with

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND PASSENGER NAMES: Photocopy of your passport
, passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date are
now required by many foreign governments, as well as some airlines, in order to
confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and the
last name(s) exactly as listed on your passport. It is the responsibility of
the travel agent/traveler to verify that the name shown on the invoice exactly
matches the traveler's passport name. PDT is not responsible for any ticket
reissue charges or denial of boarding by an airline due to name
4. CHINA VISAS: PDT will be pleased to
secure your China visa for a nominal fee. US Passports must be valid for at
least six months AFTER the date of return and should have at least four (4)
blank visa pages for visa stamps, excluding the non-visa pages. Passports
should be sent to our office at least 75 days prior to departure date with a
completed and signed Visa Application Form, one (1) passport-size (2"x 2")
color photo, and payment by credit card or check. Visa fee is non-refundable,
once the visa has been issued. We must forward all applications to the Chinese
Consulate for their approval. Persons under the age of 18 years old will be
required to also submit their original birth certificate to be forwarded to the
Chinese Consulate for a Chinese Visa request. PDT cannot guarantee the
acceptance of your visa application. If, for any reason, your application is
denied, a full refund will be made on your visa payment. Visa fees as shown are
in effect at time of printing of this season's brochure and are subject
to change; please call for complete visa application details. PDT does not
accept responsibility for passengers in possession of incorrect or invalid
Passengers traveling to Tibet: Entry permits to Tibet are
handled by PDT. Your China visa is required in order for us to
issue your entry permit into Tibet. Please note that, if PDT does not handle
your China visa, we require a color copy of both your passport and China visa
no less than six weeks prior to departure. Permits to Tibet are approved by the
Tibet Tourism Bureau. Rules of entry to Tibet fluctuate and are subject to

PARTICIPATION LEVELS: PDT tours are contingent upon minimum
participation levels (which vary between tour series, as shown above). In the
event the minimum participation level is not achieved, and PDT must increase
the price and/or substitute the original tour with an alternative tour,
participants may elect to receive a full refund, less the price of any
non-refundable transpacific air transportation PDT has already ticketed for
your convenience. (Generally, PDT will not ticket transpacific air
transportation, until the minimum participation level is achieved, unless
requested otherwise.) In such cases, your unused non-refundable round-trip
transpacific air ticket will be converted into a flight credit by your airline,
typically valid for one year from the original ticket issuance date and good
towards future round-trip travel on the airline to and from the original
destination, less change fees of up to $500.00 and any applicable fare
BAGGAGE: Free allowances, limits, and
additional charges for checked and carry-on baggage may apply and vary by
airline, frequent flyer status, booking class, destination (e.g., baggage
allowance differs for the transpacific and China/Intra-Asia sections of your
tour), bag size and weight. Airline fees of up to $200.00 per bag for the first
and/or second checked bag may apply. Refer to the airline's website for details
on their checked and carry-on baggage rules. Baggage allowances and charges are
subject to change. We strongly recommend baggage insurance, as PDT does not
assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or passengers'

REFUND ON UNUSED OR
CHANGED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Portions of land arrangements, hotel
accommodations or any other service or feature of the tour that are not used,
are neither refundable, nor exchangeable. Travel Protection Insurance fee is
non-refundable. Refund claims must be made in writing through the agent from
whom the tour has been purchased within 14 days of the termination of the tour.

RESPONSIBILITY: Pacific Delight Tours® (hereinafter PDT) acts as a tour
operator and agent. The suppliers that provide transportation, conveyance or
accommodations are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of
PDT. All tickets, coupons and receipts issued by PDT, and all arrangements for
transport, conveyance or accommodations are made by PDT as agent of the
suppliers. By utilizing the services of suppliers, you agree that neither PDT
nor any of its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries or affiliates shall
be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by you or
those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation,
conveyance or other services of whatsoever nature resulting directly or
indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or
condition, including but not limited to defects in vehicles or vessels,
breakdown in equipment or the negligence of their operators. PDT, its
employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates also shall not be
liable for any injury, damage, loss, claim or accident resulting directly or
indirectly (i) from delays, cancellations or changes in
flights, itineraries, schedules, or other services of any nature whatsoever,
(ii) from strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or any
other causes of any nature whatsoever or (iii) from acts or
omissions of any Government, its local subdivisions, bureaus or authorities.
All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations or delays in air
or surface transportation services of the various countries. PDT reserves the
right to withdraw any tour and to make such alterations in the itineraries
which, in its sole discretion, it may find desirable for the convenience of the
parties or the proper operation of the tour. PDT reserves the right to decline
to accept, or to retain any person as a member of the tour party at any time,
if they in any way violate the laws of the country they are visiting, pose a
risk to the safety of fellow tour members, or their behavior interferes with a
smooth operation of the tour.
NOTE: All tour fares
shown on our website are based on the value of foreign currencies in
relation to the U.S. dollar in effect at the date of the printing of the
brochure and on the tariffs, airfares, taxes and fuel surcharges as of that
same date, and are subject to change at any time to reflect those or other
changes since the date of the this season's brochure's printing. PDT
reserves the right to correct promotional, pricing or typographical errors at
any time. PDT reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any
reason. In such case, a full refund of all payments will constitute full
settlement with the passenger. The airlines and other transportation carriers
concerned are not to be held responsible for any act or event during the time
the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passenger's
contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the
sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or
passenger with respect to that service. Any and/or all transportation companies
shall have or shall incur no responsibility for or liability to any traveler
aside from their liability as common carriers. The carriers' international
tariff is available for inspection and will govern all aspects of the air
The Terms and Conditions contained herein and set
forth in the brochures issued by PDT and on its website, under which you agree
to utilize the services of PDT in arranging the tours, may not be amended in
any way except in writing signed by an authorized officer of PDT. By utilizing
the services of PDT, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims,
suits, actions or proceedings of whatsoever nature against PDT, its employees,
officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates shall be the State of New York,
and that such claim, action or proceedings shall be determined according to the
laws of the State of New York. You also agree that, if you have a claim against
PDT, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates,
(i) you will notify PDT, in writing, of your claim as soon as
possible and (ii) that, if you choose to commence a law suit
against PDT, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates,
you will do so within one year from the date of the last day of the tour on
which your claim arose, failing which, your claim against PDT, its employees,

Responsibility: The Foundation

associated companies (The Organizers) give notice that all tickets issued by
them and all arrangements for transport, accommodations and meals, are made by
them as agents for the tour participant upon the express condition that they
shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect of any vehicle or
through the acts of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers
herewith, or of any hotel/ship proprietor or employees. Itineraries and fares
may be affected by changes in air services of the various countries. The right
is reserved to withdraw any feature announced in this program and to make such
alterations in the itinerary as may be found desirable for the convenience and
proper carrying out of the tour. The right is reserved to decline, accept or
retain any person as a member of the tour. Guest speakers are subject to
professional commitments. The Organizers accept no responsibility for losses or
additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedules, sickness, weather,
