Delhi is the capital of modern India, the world's largest democracy, where the old and the new mingle. Made up of seven ancient cities, Delhi has seen the rise and fall of many emperors who have left stunning monuments. Tour New Delhi built by the British in the 1920s and visit two monuments of Delhi's past—Humayuns Tomb and Qutub Minar—both of which have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Your drive takes you past the imposing India Gate and Parliament House. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon and relax. Later this evening, enjoy your interaction at a private house of a culinary expert and author—Ms. Komal Taneja, who will welcome you for a cooking class/ demonstration, followed by dinner.
Day 4 • Delhi B, D
Start the day with a cycle rickshaw ride though Old Delhi. Drive past the Red Fort, the most opulent Fort and palace of the Mughal Empire. The fort is Shah Jehan's symbol of power and elegance, built behind red sandstone walls. Its main gate (Lahore Gate) faces Chandni Chowk filled with twisting lanes, small streets and crowded bazaars. Continue on to Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi, followed by Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Stop by the markets of Old Delhi—sacks of spices and nuts, edible sheets of silver and local pickles make for an aromatic day out. In the lanes of Khari Baoli, you will be introduced to saffron, the most expensive spice in the world, by one of the oldest and largest distributors of this exotic spice. The other amazing highlight is to be taken into his beautiful home, which for a guest would be hard to achieve otherwise. The house's rooftop is where another Delhi comes into view with flying kites and other surprises. The best seat in the house is on the open terrace with the Jama Masjid soaring up on one side, an old couple watching TV in a little house on the other, and the whole neighborhood unfurling like a gleaming, glittering, wrinkled skirt before your eyes.

Day 5 • Delhi / Agra B, D
Today, enjoy a morning drive to Agra. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent monument to love, the Taj Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan, the UNESCO World Heritage Site is a memorial to his favorite wife, Arjumand Bano Begum, better known as Mumtaz Mahal. The monument is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, combining elements of Persian, Ottoman, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles. Later, visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is more like a palatial walled city than a fort. This evening, enjoy dinner at Peshawri Restaurant: ITC Mughal, where you will discover a definitive dining experience with refined cuisine and impeccable service.

Day 6 • Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Bharatpur / Jaipur B, L
After breakfast, drive from Agra to the "Pink City" of Jaipur, known as one of the world's best planned cities built in accordance with Vastu Shastra (the Indian alternative to Chinese Feng Shui). En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted, red sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar as his capital, now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue on the drive through the picturesque Rajasthani countryside. Here you will see camels, elephants, age-old villages and traditional women dressed in the brilliantly colored saris of the region. On the way, stop at Bharatpur for lunch and continue on your drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.
Day 7 • Jaipur B, D
Morning tour of the Amber Fort, a marvelous example of Rajput architecture, decorated in intricate ivory, mirror and glasswork overlooking the scenic Maota Lake. As you move between the rooms of this magnificent structure, feel the history and visualize the pomp and grandeur of a kingdom never conquered. Your afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, as the sun sets over the hills, fields, and a medieval fortress lit up at night by flame torches (mashaals), arrive at the camp situated in the middle of the forest for your exclusive dinner, surrounded by Aravali hills and the wilderness.
Day 8 • Jaipur B, D
This morning, visit the City Palace Museum, where you can observe a remarkable blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art, including a collection of royal princess robes, finely detailed carpets, an armory of old weapons and miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battles and processions. Afterwards, stop at local markets to sample the authentic colors, scents and flavor of Rajasthan. In the evening, enjoy dinner with a cooking demonstration at a local family's house, including hands-on experience of ‘chappati'—Indian bread making.
Day 9 • Jaipur / Mumbai B, D
Today, transfer to the airport for your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Mumbai is a cluster of seven Islands and derives its name from Mumbadevi, the patron goddess of the Koli fisher folk, its oldest inhabitants. The city is also India's financial powerhouse, the nation's industrial heartland and its economic nerve center. After a leisurely afternoon, enjoy dinner at the famous Khyber Restaurant.
Day 10 • Mumbai B, L
After breakfast, enjoy a morning city tour. Begin at the Gateway of India, Mumbai's principal landmark, continuing to Crawford Market named after Bombay's first municipal commissioner, Arthur Crawford, and finishing at Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Mondays), a magnificent, but somewhat strange structure, built in a confluence of Gothic and Moorish styles and crowned by a sparkling white dome—It boasts a good collection of ancient Indus Valley artifacts dating back to 2000 BC, plus some priceless Tibetan and Nepali Art. Enjoy your lunch at Trishna Restaurant serving mouth-watering delicacies like King Crabs and tandoori dishes. Remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 11 • Depart Mumbai B
Today, your magical journey comes to an end, as you are transferred to the airport for your flight home/onward.
Please note that through April 2018, the front-facing side of the Taj Mahal will be under restoration with partial scaffolding obstructing the view. Despite the ongoing work, the interior of the Taj remains accessible as usual. Taj Mahal is identical on all four sides, which we hope will minimize the inconvenience.

TRIP CANCELLATION/TRIP INTERRUPTION: Benefits will be paid up to the Maximum Benefit Amount purchased to cover You for the Published Penalties and unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for Travel Arrangements as well as airfare cancellation charges for flights commencing within one week of the Covered Trip when You are prevented from taking or completing Your Covered Trip due to:
1. Your or a Family Member’s or a Traveling Companion’s or a Business Partner’s death, which occurs before departure on Your Trip;
2. Your or a Family Member’s or a Traveling Companion’s or a Business Partner’s covered Sickness or Injury, which: a) occurs before departure on

Benefits are not payable for any loss due to, arising or resulting from: suicide, attempted suicide or any intentionally self-inflicted injury of You, a Traveling
Companion, Family Member or Business Partner booked to travel with You, while sane or insane; an act of declared or undeclared war; participating in maneuvers
or training exercises of an armed service, except while participating in weekend or summer training for the reserve forces of the United States, including the National
Guard; riding or driving in races, or speed or endurance competitions or events; mountaineering (engaging in the sport of scaling mountains generally requiring the
use of picks, ropes, or other special equipment); participating as a member of a team in an organized sporting competition or participating as a professional in a
stunt, athletic or sporting event or competition; participating in bodily contact sports, skydiving or parachuting, hang gliding, or bungee cord jumping. piloting or
learning to pilot or acting as a member of the crew of any aircraft; being Intoxicated as defined herein, or under the influence of any controlled substance unless as
administered or prescribed by a Legally Qualified Physician; the commission of or attempt to commit a felony or being engaged in an illegal occupation; normal
childbirth or pregnancy (except Complications of Pregnancy) or voluntarily induced abortion; dental treatment (except as coverage is otherwise specifically provided
herein); amounts which exceed the Maximum Benefit Amount for each coverage as shown in the Schedule of Benefits; due to a Pre-Existing Condition, as defined
in the Certificate. The Pre-Existing Condition Limitation does not apply to the Emergency Medical Evacuation or Return of Remains coverage; medical treatment
during or arising from a Trip undertaken for the purpose or intent of securing medical treatment; a mental or nervous condition, unless hospitalized for that condition
while the Certificate is in effect for You; due to loss or damage (including death or injury) and any associated cost or expense resulting directly from the discharge,
explosion or use of any device, weapon or material employing or involving.
Excess Insurance Limitation: The Insurance provided by this policy shall be in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity
except Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Common Carrier (Air Only), or as required by state law. If at
the time of the occurrence of any Loss there is other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity in place, the Company shall be liable only for the
excess of the amount of Loss, over the amount of such other insurance or indemnity, and applicable deductible.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels are based on
double occupancy. Single supplement is indicated in the price box of each
itinerary. Triple rooms are on request and subject to availability. Hotels
are subject to change. Cruise accommodations are based on double occupancy of
twin-bedded stateroom with private balcony. Triple occupancy in cabins is
only available in Deluxe, Executive, or Shangri-La suites. All Yangtze River
cruise ships are People's Republic of China registry. Tour accommodations are
subject to availability at time of booking.
Meals are included, as specified in the itineraries.
TOURS: Due to occasional flight delays, weather
conditions or other unforeseen situations, it may not be possible to include
some sightseeing tours as scheduled. Cultural and acrobatic shows and other
performances may not be available during holidays and seasonal recess in
China. If it becomes necessary to change the means of transportation or any
other service, or for the tour to be prolonged through circumstances beyond
the control of the ground operator, any additional tour cost must be borne by
the passenger and is payable immediately. Due to weather, varying water
levels on the Yangtze River, restrictions of the navigation authorities, or
maintenance at the Three Gorges Dam, Yangtze River cruise routes and shore

ESCORTED TOURS: Please note that for all tours,
PDT reserves the right to alter arrangements to better accommodate a small
group, or to cancel the tour. If you are traveling alone, a tour can only
operate at a supplemental charge based on a solo traveler rate. Participants on
locally guided tours will be transferred between airports/piers and hotels in
each city, but will not be accompanied on flights between cities. When travel
between cities is by motor coach, a guide will travel with the group. Unless
specified, initial arrival and final departure transfers are included only when
you purchase transpacific air from PDT. Call us for transfer costs for
land--only arrivals and departures.
GOLD EXPERIENCE tours:
A group size of 10 or more participants will be escorted from arrival
in China by a professional, bilingual Tour Director throughout mainland China
and locally guided in Hong Kong. With fewer than 10 passengers, the tour will
be locally guided throughout, and we reserve the right to alter arrangements
to best accommodate a smaller group, or to cancel the tour.
SILVER EXPERIENCE tours: A group of 15 or more
participants will be escorted by a professional, bilingual Tour Director
throughout mainland China and locally guided outside of mainland China, when
applicable. With fewer than 15 participants, the tour will be locally guided
throughout, and we reserve the right to alter arrangements to best accommodate
a smaller group, or to cancel the tour.

GRATUITIES: Customary tipping of local
guides and drivers in each city on land is entirely discretionary. Please note
that our Tour Directors are totally committed to exceed your expectations in
every way possible. End-of-the-journey gratuities are left once again to your
discretion, based on your satisfaction with the services you have received.
Suggested amounts for the above-mentioned individuals will be stated in your
final documentation. A service charge, which includes gratuities for the entire
ship crew aboard Victoria Cruises on the Yangtze River, will be charged
automatically to your credit card upon embarkation. Please be advised this
amount does not include tipping to the shore excursion local guides, drivers,
boatmen, and river guides on Victoria Cruises. Tipping for these individuals is
voluntary and subject to your satisfaction with your travel experiences.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passengers traveling to China:
U.S. passports with six-month validity AFTER the date of return are required
for all tour participants. Passports must have four (4) blank visa pages,
excluding the non-visa pages. Upon request, PDT will secure the visa for entry
into the People's Republic of China (not required for Hong Kong, if you are a
U.S. citizen) for a nominal PDT processing fee, in addition to any applicable
government visa application charges. It is the responsibility of all non-U.S.
citizens to check visa and health requirements with appropriate consulates
(ask your travel agent for assistance), and to have the correct documentation
prepared for travel outside of the U.S. See below for more details.
HEALTH: In general, tours are quite active and
require a good deal of walking, frequently including stairs. Tibet requires
travel into areas of high altitude and with extreme temperature fluctuation.
We strongly recommend that you discuss any health concerns with your personal
physician. Additional Assistance: In order to ensure a smooth operation of the
tour for all group members, any traveler requiring special assistance must be
accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for providing all such assistance.
PDT is under no obligation whatsoever to provide any special assistance. You
are required to notify PDT, in writing, prior to the time of booking of any
physical disability or medical condition, which may require any special
assistance during the tour. Please note that for those physically challenged,
access to some facilities may not be available at the same standard as in the
U.S. PDT's tour directors and their designees reserve the right to exclude
passengers from participating in tours if, in their sole discretion, they
believe that the tour may be challenging to the passenger or could detract
from the full enjoyment of the other tour participants. Currently,
vaccinations are not required. As health requirements change without notice,
please check with your personal physician or public health service for
currently required or recommended inoculations.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND PASSENGER NAMES: Photocopy of your passport
, passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date
are now required by many foreign governments, as well as some airlines, in
order to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first
and the last name(s) exactly as listed on your passport. It is the
responsibility of the travel agent/traveler to verify that the name shown on
the invoice exactly matches the traveler's passport name. PDT is not
responsible for any ticket reissue charges or denial of boarding by an airline
due to name discrepancy.
4. CHINA VISAS: PDT will
be pleased to secure your China visa for a nominal fee. US Passports must be
valid for at least six months AFTER the date of return and should have at
least four (4) blank visa pages for visa stamps, excluding the non-visa pages.
Passports should be sent to our office at least 75 days prior to departure
date with a completed and signed Visa Application Form, one (1) passport-size
(2"x 2") color photo, and payment by credit card or check. Visa fee is
non-refundable, once the visa has been issued. We must forward all
applications to the Chinese Consulate for their approval. Persons under the
age of 18 years old will be required to also submit their original birth
certificate to be forwarded to the Chinese Consulate for a Chinese Visa
request. PDT cannot guarantee the acceptance of your visa application. If, for
any reason, your application is denied, a full refund will be made on your
visa payment. Visa fees as shown are in effect at time of printing of this
season's brochure and are subject to change; please call for complete
visa application details. PDT does not accept responsibility for passengers in
possession of incorrect or invalid visas.
Passengers traveling to
Tibet: Entry permits to Tibet are handled by PDT. Your China
visa is required in order for us to issue your entry permit into Tibet.
Please note that, if PDT does not handle your China visa, we require a color
copy of both your passport and China visa no less than six weeks prior to
departure. Permits to Tibet are approved by the Tibet Tourism Bureau. Rules
of entry to Tibet fluctuate and are subject to change. PDT cannot guarantee
acceptance of your permit to visit Tibet. Minimum number of tour group
participants may apply in order to enter Tibet. Please check these
arrangements at the time of booking. China Visa Fee - US $220.00 per person -
check at time of booking (passport must be received at PDT office 75 days
prior to departure.) Mailing or delivery fees are additional;
VISAS: Hong Kong - No visa required for U.S. citizens.
Thailand - No visa required for U.S. citizens for stays under
30 days. Japan - No visa required for U.S. citizens for stays
up to 90 days. Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, India - Visa

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION LEVELS: PDT
tours are contingent upon minimum participation levels (which vary between
tour series, as shown above). In the event the minimum participation level is
not achieved, and PDT must increase the price and/or substitute the original
tour with an alternative tour, participants may elect to receive a full
refund, less the price of any non-refundable transpacific air transportation
PDT has already ticketed for your convenience. (Generally, PDT will not
ticket transpacific air transportation, until the minimum participation level
is achieved, unless requested otherwise.) In such cases, your unused
non-refundable round-trip transpacific air ticket will be converted into a
flight credit by your airline, typically valid for one year from the original
ticket issuance date and good towards future round-trip travel on the airline
to and from the original destination, less change fees of up to $500.00 and
any applicable fare differential.

UNUSED OR CHANGED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Portions of land arrangements,
hotel accommodations or any other service or feature of the tour that are not
used, are neither refundable, nor exchangeable. Travel Protection Insurance
fee is non-refundable. Refund claims must be made in writing through the agent
from whom the tour has been purchased within 14 days of the termination of the
tour. A written statement from the Tour Director or Local Guide certifying the
exact services not rendered must be attached to this

(hereinafter PDT) acts as a tour operator and agent. The suppliers that
provide transportation, conveyance or accommodations are independent
contractors and are not agents or employees of PDT. All tickets, coupons and
receipts issued by PDT, and all arrangements for transport, conveyance or
accommodations are made by PDT as agent of the suppliers. By utilizing the
services of suppliers, you agree that neither PDT nor any of its officers,
directors, employees, subsidiaries or affiliates shall be liable for any
injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by you or those traveling
with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation, conveyance or
other services of whatsoever nature resulting directly or indirectly from any
acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition,
including but not limited to defects in vehicles or vessels, breakdown in
equipment or the negligence of their operators. PDT, its employees, officers,
directors, subsidiaries or affiliates also shall not be liable for any
injury, damage, loss, claim or accident resulting directly or indirectly
(i) from delays, cancellations or changes in flights,
itineraries, schedules, or other services of any nature whatsoever,
(ii) from strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or any
other causes of any nature whatsoever or (iii) from acts or
omissions of any Government, its local subdivisions, bureaus or authorities.
All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations or delays in air
or surface transportation services of the various countries. PDT reserves the
right to withdraw any tour and to make such alterations in the itineraries
which, in its sole discretion, it may find desirable for the convenience of
the parties or the proper operation of the tour. PDT reserves the right to
decline to accept, or to retain any person as a member of the tour party at
any time, if they in any way violate the laws of the country they are
visiting, pose a risk to the safety of fellow tour members, or their behavior
interferes with a smooth operation of the

The Terms and Conditions contained
herein and set forth in the brochures issued by PDT and on its website, under
which you agree to utilize the services of PDT in arranging the tours, may not
be amended in any way except in writing signed by an authorized officer of
PDT. By utilizing the services of PDT, you agree that the exclusive
jurisdiction for all claims, suits, actions or proceedings of whatsoever nature
against PDT, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates
shall be the State of New York, and that such claim, action or proceedings
shall be determined according to the laws of the State of New York. You also
agree that, if you have a claim against PDT, its employees, officers,
directors, subsidiaries or affiliates, (i) you will notify
PDT, in writing, of your claim as soon as possible and (ii)
that, if you choose to commence a law suit against PDT, its employees,
officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates, you will do so within one
year from the date of the last day of the tour on which your claim arose,
failing which, your claim against PDT, its employees, officers, directors,

Air transportation via scheduled IATA airlines, on round-trip
economy-class group fare basis.
Accommodations in deluxe hotels as indicated, or similar, including
all hotel taxes and service charges, double occupancy basis.
Meals are buffet breakfast at the hotels; lunches and dinners at the
synagogues or vegetarian restaurants, on table d'hote group menu
Sightseeing and special events via chartered air-conditioned coach
with English-speaking guides, including all entrance fees.
Group transfers between airports and hotels, via chartered
air-conditioned coach with local guide to meet and assist.
Tour costs are based on 'cash' prices; the use of charge cards will

Cancellations and refunds: the deposit is non-refundable; for
cancellations received between 180 and 90 days prior to departure, $1,100
charge will apply; within 90 days, the land portion is not refundable; within
60 days, there may be a penalty on the air portion, as well. Cancellation
charges cover non-refundable expenses incurred on behalf of the participant and
the group, and help protect tour fares for the remaining participants. No
refund or credit for early withdrawal. Cancellation insurance is highly
recommended. Application for comprehensive low-cost group insurance will be

give notice that all tickets issued by them and all arrangements for transport,
