Air & Land Information
LAND ONLY TOURS:
Land only tour prices (other than City Highlight Packages) include domestic China/Intra-Asia flights in con-junction with the land tour, and, once ticketed, are nonrefundable and subject to all other applicable airline fare rules. PDT endeavors to follow itineraries precisely; however, if flights are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour. International and do-mestic air schedules are subject to change at any time. Land only tour prices do not include transpacific flights, however, PDT offers special rates on transpacific flights for travel originating in the U.S. (subject to availability). Land only tour prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment; land only tour prices are not subject to increase after full payment except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees, foreign exchange rate fluctuations or where minimum participation levels have not been met. A signed form will be required at the time of initial payment to expressly ac-knowledge your acceptance of this price increase policy.

LAND ONLY & LAND/CRUISE ONLY TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
1. Transpacific air from USA/first point of entry abroad, or last point of exit on tour/USA .
2. Initial arrival and departure transfers, unless transpacific air is purchased through Pacific Delight Tours®. Please call us for transfer cost for land only arrivals and departures.
3. Airline-imposed baggage fees: please consult your airline.
4. Fees for delivery of tour documentation to international destinations and overnight delivery of tour documentation due to late payments.
5. Cost of passport and visas, and all items of a personal nature.
6. Any fees incurred due to delays, changes or cancellations beyond PDT's control.
7. Customary gratuities to ship crew, local guides, drivers, boatmen, river guides, hotel waiters, chambermaids and porters. The end-of-tour gratuity to the Tour Director is also not included.

Air Inclusive Tours:
Air-inclusive tour prices include trans-pacific flights to/from the U.S. as well as domestic China/Intra-Asia flights in conjunction with the land tour, and, once ticketed, are non-refundable and subject to all other applicable airline fare rules, including change/cancellation penalties of up to $500 per ticket (for transpacific flights) and change/cancellation penalties of up to 100% per ticket (for domestic China/Intra-Asia flights). Air-inclusive tour prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment; air-inclusive tour prices are not subject to increase after full payment except for charges result-ing from increased government-imposed taxes or fees. A signed form will be required at the time of initial payment to expressly acknowledge your acceptance of this price increase policy. PDT endeavors to follow itineraries precisely; however, if flights are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour. International and domestic air schedules are subject to change at any time. If you make your own transpacific flight arrangements, PDT will not be responsible for any loss resulting from flight cancellations, delays, or changes in land or flight schedules.

Minimum Participation Levels:
PDT tours are contingent upon minimum participation levels (which vary between tour series, as shown below). In the event the minimum participation level is not achieved, and PDT must increase the price and/or substitute the original tour with an alternate tour, participants may elect to receive a full refund, less the price of any non-refundable transpacific air transportation PDT has already ticketed for your con-venience. (Generally, PDT will not ticket transpacific air transportation until the minimum participation level is achieved unless a customer re-quests otherwise.) In such cases, your unused non-refundable round-trip transpacific air ticket will be converted into a flight credit by your airline, typically valid for one year from the original ticket issuance date and good towards future round-trip travel on the airline to and from the original destination, less change fees of up to $500.00 and any applicable fare differential. • Air Inclusive Gold Experience Tours (Tours with A3YX- as prefix): 2 pax • Air Inclusive Silver Experience Tours (Tours with A3YS- as prefix): 2 pax • Air Inclusive Escapade Tours (Tours with A3YE- as prefix): 6 pax A3SE12MY, A3IDNSIA17: 6 pax A3ID10DL, A3ID13GL, A3ID15DL: 2 pax

Refer to the airline's website for details on their checked and carry-on baggage rules. Baggage allowances and charges are subject to change. We strongly recommend baggage insurance as PDT does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or passenger's belongings. It is at passenger's risk throughout. For the most up-to-date requirements please check with your air carrier prior to your flight.
