to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi, Vietnam. On arrival, check in
to the Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel. As an introduction to Vietnamese
culture, we treat you to a pedicab ride to see the Old Quarter's historic
landmarks.

4 • HANOI |

Today we
acquaint you with the life of the legendary father of modern Vietnam, Ho
Chi Minh, revered as Uncle Ho, on your visit to his Mausoleum and the Ho
Chi Minh House. City sightseeing also features the Temple of Literature
and the Museum of Ethnology. A traditional water puppet show is a special
inclusion this evening.

5 • HANOI to HALONG BAY |

We make
a morning visit to a bustling local marketplace. In Bat Trang (Ceramic Village),
artisans at a pottery workshop show you their centuries-old craftsmanship.
A drive across verdant countryside takes us to coastal Halong Bay in the
afternoon. Overnight at the Heritage Halong Hotel.

6 • HALONG BAY CRUISE |

Cruise
Halong Bay aboard a traditional Vietnamese wooden sailboat. With the beautiful
bay as a relaxing backdrop, enjoy a tasty lunch of fresh seafood on board.
Explore the fantastic caves of Bo Nau and Hang Dau Go before returning to
your hotel.
