TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION---UP TO TOTAL TRIP COST
Covered reasons for cancellation/interruption include illness, injury or death to you, a traveling companion or a family member. Other reasons for cancellation or interruption of your trip include you or your traveling companion being required to serve jury duty or subpoenaed, having a home damaged by a natural disaster, or being directly involved in a traffic accident en route to departure.

Certain exclusions apply including the Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion. However, if you purchase the plan within 7 days of your initial trip deposit and are medically able to travel at the time you pay for your plan and you have not filed a trip cancellation claim due to a pre-existing condition within 180 days prior to the effective date of your plan, this exclusion will be WAIVED. Other exclusions include, but are not limited to: mental or nervous disorders, unless hospitalized; normal pregnancy; elective surgery.

Please carefully read and be sure that you fully understand the IMPORTANT NOTES and TERMS & CONDITIONS as stated below. Receipt of your payment represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Pacific Delight Tours will be happy to clarify any questions you may have.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels are based on double occupancy. Single supplement is indicated on the itineraries. Triple room rates are not available. Hotels are subject to change. Substitutions, if any, are similar class to listed hotels.

MEALS: Meals are served as specified in the itinerary.

TOURS: Due to occasional flight delays, it may not be possible to include some sightseeing tours as scheduled. If it becomes necessary to change the means of transportation or any other service, or for the tour to be prolonged through circumstances beyond the control of the ground operator, any additional tour cost must be borne by the passenger and is payable immediately.

HONG KONG PACKAGE: is locally guided with minimum of two passengers. Please Note: Participants on this tour will be met and assisted at the airport(s) and while touring in Hong Kong on a seat-in-coach basis.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: U.S. passports with a six-month validity AFTER the date of return are required for all tour participants. Non-U.S. citizens should check visa and health requirements with appropriate consulates.

HEALTH: In general, tours are quite active and require a good deal of walking, frequently including stairs. We strongly recommend that you discuss any health concerns regarding these points with your personal physician.

Additional Assistance: In order to ensure the smooth operation of the tour for all group members, any traveler requiring special assistance must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for providing all such assistance. Or you may ask Pacific Delight Tours to arrange for appropriate assistance, at an additional cost. Handicap access to some facilities may not be available at the same required levels standard in the US. Currently, vaccinations are not required. As health requirements change without notice, please check with your personal physician or public health service for current required or recommended inoculations.

TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN: Protect your vacation from the unexpected with our optional Travel Protection Plan. Coverage includes trip cancellation, lost baggage, travel accident, sickness and emergency evacuation insurance. Please ask for details at time of booking.

3. FINAL PAYMENT:
a.) Air/Land or Land Only Payment: Due 75 days prior to departure and may be made by check or credit card, with signed authorization form.
b.) Late Payment Fee: $50.00 per person if payment is not received by 75 days prior to departure.
c.) Reservations made within 75 days: Final payment on bookings made less than 75 days prior to departure is due within three days of receipt of invoice to avoid the late payment fee, and is accepted by certified check or credit card.
d.) Administrative Handling Fee: A nominal $50.00 per person administrative handling fee will be assessed on new reservations made within 45 days prior to departure.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings not paid in full by the due date.

Pacific Delight Tours, Inc. (hereinafter the Tour Operator), will provide air transportation in conjunction with all land tours, based on the applicable air fares on your selected airline and participating carriers, subject to the rules and regulations of the class, fare and service of the individual airline. Tours that are published inclusive of air utilize contracted net fares in effect at time of printing (January 1, 2005) and are subject to change by the airline. Due to special contracted net agreements, supplements or credits for air deviations may not be equal to published air fare differentials.

Depending on air fare class used, the air fare may be non-refundable and subject to full cancellation penalties. Tour fare does not include any increase in air fare due to increase in fuel cost and/or for any other reason. The Tour Operator endeavors to follow the itineraries precisely; however, if flights are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.

BAGGAGE: US transpacific baggage allowance is two pieces of checked baggage. Maximum weight/size for each piece is 70 lbs./62 inches (sum of three dimensions). One carry-on not to exceed 45 inches (sum of three dimensions) is allowed. The Tour Operator does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or passenger's belongings. It is at passenger's risk throughout.
