Restaurant Le Grand: Explore the exotic tastes of fine khmer cuisine at Restaurant Le Grand. In an idyllic atmosphere you will be able to enjoy the delights of original Cambodian dishes. Candle light and a superb selection of wines available will make this a memorable night. Should you fancy Western cuisine, Restaurant Le Grand also offers a selection of Western dishes.
Opening hours are from 6.30 pm until 10.30pm
Elephant Bar: A visit to 4/27/07 be incomplete without having a signature cocktail at the famous Elephant Bar.
Open from 3.00 pm until 12 mid night.
Cafe d'Angkor: This international restaurant with a Mediterranean atmosphere offers you the possibility of sampling Asian and Continental dishes. You can choose from a sumptuous buffet selection or make your choice from the extensive a la carte menu. For the more intrepid, knapsacks luncheons and picnic baskets are available from the cafe deli.

Poolside Terrace: The Poolside Terrace is well loved for its dining under the stars as well as for its hearty snacks during the daytime. The menu features a nice selection of Amrita Spa dishes for the more health conscious.

The Conservatory: The colonial atmosphere of the Conservatory will give you the feeling Somerset Maugham must have had looking out over the pool and gardens, whilst ordering a cocktail from the celebrity bar.
Opening hours are from 7 am till 11 pm.
Apsara Terrace: This unique outdoor terrace is set in the hotel's lush gardens and is surrounded by sandstone structures inspired by the temples of Angkor. This distinctive Cambodian venue can be utilized in a variety of ways, from themed events to barbecues to pre-dinner cocktails
