Dining:
Hugo's: This is an elegant venue for fine dining with its excellent
offerings of gourmet continental cuisine and superb wines. The restaurant
offers a wide selection of specialties, including the US beef trolley
and fresh seafood daily, as well as spectacular desserts.

The Chinese Restaurant: Experience exquisite and authentic Cantonese
cuisine at the award-winning Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor,
where modern art deco designs blend with a traditional Chinese tea
house of the 1920s. The restaurant has a reputation for serving
some of the finest Cantonese food in town, and the menu's emphasis
is on daily fresh seafood and dim sum specialties.

Nathans Restaurant & Bar: Overlooking the famous 'Golden Mile'
of Nathan Road, this wining and dining place is popular for its
chic surroundings, new tastes and unusual food presentations. It
is open for lunch and dinner; it becomes in the afternoon the perfect
setting in which to enjoy tea, and in the evening, a lively venue
for drinks. Menu items include buffet or daily changing carving
at lunchtime, afternoon 4/27/07 the day.
Open: Noon - midnight
Café: For a convenient snack or a casual meal, visit the
European-style Café on the Lobby level. The centre of attraction
is the permanent buffet table of varnished wood with mirror, brass
and a granite top laden with sumptuous goodies. Café serves
breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner buffets in addition to
an à la carte menu, an all-day menu, a children's menu and
a supper menu for late-night revellers.

Chin Chin Bar: This watering hole is one of the city's most popular
meeting places where talented singers entertain every evening. The
rich oriental decor and cosy atmosphere have made the bar a firm
favourite among regular hotel guests and Hong Kong residents. The
bar serves an excellent roast beef carving and sandwich specialties
during lunchtime from Monday to Saturday.
