Dining:
Four Seasons Restaurant: Situated in the east part of the hotel lobby, the restaurant is adjacent to the Inner Garden on one side and Lobby Bar on the other. The glass walls facing the garden give a full view of the time-honored trees, lush greenery and a waterfall cascading from hill to a trickling pond. The upper floor of the hall serves as tea house while the lower as dining hall. Here you may enjoy our lavish buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner of international selections with both local and western delights.

Coffee House: Coffee House is located in the northeast of lobby. It is a 24-hour café cozy for dining or social chatting. Its a la carte menu ranges from popular Asian flavors to western specialties. Wide spread buffet breakfast and varieties of mouth-watering cakes are also served. Signature dishes are: Tomato Caprese, San Francisco Clam Chowder, Mushroom "Veloute", Ro Gu Cha, etc.

Garden View Restauran: Located at the lobby level, the restaurant is adjacent to the landscaped outer garden. While savoring the tasty local favorites, one may enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, all within the comfort zone of a four-star hotel. Known for authentic Beijing flavor, the restaurant also serves other regional specialties. Ristorante Bologna: The award-winning restaurant excels both in food and service. Situated on the top floor, it is the best place for hearty meals with splendid city view. Capital Hotel Vigor Abalone Restaurant: Unique in its style, the Capital Vigor Abalone Restaurant on the second floor is well-appointed to cater to different social or business functions. Apart from the main hall, it has 15 newly renovated private dining rooms. Supervised by Master Chef Liang Cheng Wei, the restaurant specializes in Abalone, Shark's Fin, Bird's Nest as well as fine Cantonese cuisine. Signature dishes are: Vigor Abalone & Shark's Fin, Double Boiled Bird's Nest, Roast Pigeon, Deep-fried Spareribs, etc.

Gion Japanese Restaurant: The restaurant seats 110 persons with 4 private function rooms. The glass walls facing the Inner Garden of the hotel gives a full view of the waterfall and greenery in the landscaped garden. The restaurant specializes in Japanese delicacies and popular favorites, ranging from authentic KaiseKi cuisine to Teppanyaki.
