SPACIOUS CABINS
The cabins have been designed with your needs in mind: all cabins are outside cabins-no dark, interior rooms-and a personal river view comes with each one. Many cabins are equivalent in size to ocean cruise ships at around 150 square feet of well-appointed comfort.
The Swiss hotel management team makes sure we offer highlights comparable to the fine hotels of Europe: traditional feather duvets, private bathrooms with quality toiletries and plush towels, and air conditioning standard throughout the fleet. Many cabins feature hotel-style beds and large picture windows that open, two unique features not found on most river cruise vessels. All western European ships have in-room televisions with English-language programming, movies for leisure-time viewing, and telephones so you can keep in touch.

GOURMET DINING
Perhaps one of the most anticipated features of your journey through Europe is the opportunity to sample new tastes. Our chefs are trained in the finest European traditions, with specialties in French, German, Austrian and Swiss cuisine. You might try authentic European dishes such as Viennese schnitzel, Hungarian goulash and Alsatian sauerkraut and sausage. A fine selection of international and regional wine is offered to complement any entrée.
