China Visa Instructions

In order to enter China as tourist, you must have a valid Chinese Visa.
  1. China Visa Application Form is a pdf document, which can be accessed using your browser.
  2. Fill out the application form completely, and please remember to sign and date the form. Note that if you are retired, please write "retired" on the profession / occupation line.
  3. Send the following items to Pacific Delight Tours, 3 Park Avenue, 38th
Floor, New York, New York 10016.
    • Completed, signed, and dated Visa Application Form.
    • Original valid Passport with enough blank pages - the Passport must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of exit from China.
    • 1 recent color Passport photo - must be two-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photo. No laser photos are accepted.
    • Cost for Single Entry or Double Entry Visa:*
      ° $160 non-refundable fee when booking a tour with Pacific Delight Tours.

  4. Additional comments:
    • A China visa is valid for 2 months from date of issue.
    • Passports must be received at PDT office along with completed and signed Visa application form, 1 passport-size (2x2) color photo, and payment by credit card or check, no later than 60 days prior to your departure date.
    • Pacific Delight Tours is not responsible for any Passport covers (e.g. leather or plastic), and recommends that you do not submit a cover with your Passport.
    • Passports will be returned with all final documents. If requested earlier, additional mailing or delivery fee will apply.
