1. FINAL PAYMENT: Air/Land or Land Only Payment: Due 75 days prior to departure and may be made by check or credit card, with signed authorization form.

Pacific Delight Tours, Inc. (PDTI ), the tour operator, reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full by 75 days prior to departure date, or to modify your tour arrangements to accommodate unforeseen circumstances due to high demand for air, cruise and hotel space. You will be notified immediately should this situation arise.

2. LATE FINAL PAYMENT FEE: To ensure smooth tour operation, final payment must be received at least 75 days prior to departure. A $100.00 per person late payment fee will be added to your invoice if final payment is not received by 75 days prior to departure date. Reservations are subject to cancellation if final payment is not received by 75 days and cancellation fees will apply.

3. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS: Discounts are applicable to final payment and valid only when payment is received by deposit and final payment due dates. Promotional discounts are not combinable. Unfortunately, we are not able to apply promotional discounts when payments are not received by the specified due dates.

4. RESERVATIONS 74-46 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: While booking early ensures the widest choice of availability, we will make every effort to accommodate spontaneous travel plans. Reservations will be taken only with full payment to avoid the late payment fee shown above. Payment by credit card must be accompanied by credit card authorization form. Prices may be subject to change less than 75 days prior to departure.

5. LATE BOOKINGS: For new reservations made within 45 days prior to departure, a $50.00 per person administrative handling fee will be assessed for all tours. Reservations will be taken only with full payment. Late bookings are subject to availability and will incur additional charges assessed by suppliers. PDTI reserves the right to refuse reservations requested less than 30 days prior to departure.

6. REVISIONS: After deposit, a $20.00 per person fee for each revision, including addition or deletion of services, will be assessed for any changes in air and/or land arrangements (plus supplier's penalties). Once documents/tickets are issued, changes are not permitted. Revision fee is in addition to any rebooking fees.

7. REBOOKING: A change in departure date or from one tour to another after your original reservation has been processed is considered a cancelled trip, and cancellation fees will apply.

AIR & LAND INFORMATION:
PDTI will provide air transportation in conjunction with all land tours, based on the applicable airfares on United Airlines and participating carriers, subject to the rules and regulations of the class, fare and service of the individual airline. Tours that are published inclusive of air utilize contracted net fares in effect at time of publication (June 2007) and are subject to change by the airline. Due to special contracted net agreements, supplements or credits for air deviations may not be equal to published airfare differentials.

Domestic carriers provide air transportation in China and Asia. Airfares are subject to change and any increase in airfare is not included in the tour fare.

Depending on airfare class used, the airfare may be non-refundable and subject to full cancellation penalties. Tour extensions may incur weekend surcharges. PDTI endeavors to follow the itineraries precisely; however, if flights are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.

BAGGAGE:* Baggage allowance differs for the transpacific and China/InterAsia sections of your tour. US transpacific allowance is two pieces of checked baggage. Maximum weight/size for each piece is 50 lbs/62 inches (sum of three dimensions). One carry-on not to exceed 45 inches (sum of three dimensions) is allowed. Baggage allowance within China and on InterAsia flights is one piece of baggage not over 44 lbs. per person, plus a carry-on. Baggage in excess of one piece per person will result in excess baggage fees to be paid immediately upon demand. Mongolia travel allows 33 lbs. total: 22 lbs. for checked luggage and 11 lbs. for a carry-on. We strongly recommend baggage insurance as Pacific Delight Tours does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or passenger's belongings. It is at passenger's risk throughout.
*Baggage allowances are subject to change, please check United Airlines' website for the most up-to-date requirements: http://www.united.com

Travel Protection Insurance fee is nonrefundable. Refund claims must be made in writing through the agent from whom the tour has been purchased within 14 days of the termination of the tour. A written statement from the Tour Manager certifying the exact services not rendered must be attached to this claim.
