  Day 1 Depart Hong Kong for Bangkok, Thailand
Your post-tour holiday begins today as you fly from Hong Kong to Bangkok.

  Day 2 Bangkok
 

Visit the lavishly decorated Royal Grand Palace complex, official home of the Thai royal family. Proceed through dazzling Wat Phra Kaeo with its revered Emerald Buddha, Golden Chedhi, Pantheon of Kings and the Eight Colored Towers. Enjoy a classical Thai dance performance with your sumptuous dinner of traditional specialties this evening.

  Day 3 Bangkok
 

After breakfast, we drive through the countryside to Damnoen Saduak and its Floating Market, where vendors hawk their exotic goods along the canals (klongs) from produce-laden skiffs. Visit Nakhon Pathom, the tallest pagoda in the world. Lunch at the Rose Garden Country Resort ushers us into an afternoon of magical sights and sounds: a Thai fingernail dance, a Buddhist ordination ritual, northern hill tribe folk dances, exciting Thai boxing and sword fighting, a traditional Thai wedding ceremony, and rousing demonstrations of working elephants.

  Day 4 Bangkok
 

Full day at leisure to shop or explore on your own. We recommend an optional tour to the River Kwai with its historic bridge and memorial, or to Ayutthaya, ancient capital of Thailand.
