Aravalli: Situated at the lobby level, the Aravalli restaurant,
with an adjacent open air terrace, overlooks the pool with the Aravalli
mountain range as the backdrop. The multi-cuisine restaurant offers
a sumptuous buffet for major meal periods in addition to a select
la carte menu.

Amrit Mahal: Located Adjacent to the lobby, the bar has an ethnic
Mewari ambiance. A select drinks and wine menu makes it a perfect
place to spend an evening.

Aravalli Terrace: A seasonal al fresco dining area, adjacent to
the Aravali restaurant, operates from October to March. The Aravalli
Terrace offers views of the surrounding Aravalli hills, parts of
Lake Pichola, the pool and Sajjan Garh - the monsoon palace. The
Terrace serves as the extension of the restaurant during breakfast
and lunch, while at dinner, traditional Indian thalis are served.
Guests are entertained with live Indian classical instrumental performances
in the evenings.
